At Tranquility Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and a relaxing experience for all our clients. Tipping is a way to show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our therapists. While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated. Here are some guidelines to help you navigate tipping etiquette at our spa:
- Standard Tip Amount: A customary tip ranges from 15% to 20% of the total service cost. You are welcome to adjust this amount based on your satisfaction with the service.
- Methods of Tipping: Tips can be given directly to your therapist in cash, or you may add the tip to your credit/debit card payment at the front desk. Envelopes are available for your convenience.
- Group Services: If you are receiving services as part of a group, you may choose to tip individually or as a group. Please inform our front desk staff of your preference.
Safety Policy:
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities at Tranquility Spa. We have implemented the following safety measures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for all clients and staff:
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day. All treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are thoroughly disinfected after each use.
- Health Screenings: All staff members undergo daily health screenings. We also kindly ask clients to reschedule their appointments if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our therapists and staff wear appropriate PPE, including masks and gloves, as necessary. Clients are also encouraged to wear masks while in common areas of the spa.
- Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizers are available throughout the spa for client and staff use. We encourage everyone to practice frequent hand washing and sanitizing.
- Social Distancing: We have adjusted our scheduling to reduce the number of clients in the spa at any given time. Please maintain a safe distance from others while in the waiting area and common spaces.
